Our restaurant owners – Hiep Le was born in Ha Noi. He brought his little piece of Hanoi to Mona Vale. He left the Bondi Junction restaurant where he was working, decked out a small glass fronted eatery with a splash of colour and began winning over locals with his native cuisine - Trang An's cuisine.
